National Park Medical Center is a leader in patient service innovations. National Park focuses on enhancing patient experience as well as improving the treatment environment for physicians. This dual approach seeks to establish and maintain a strong relationship between doctors and patients with the hospital.
The FutureTouch Solution
FutureTouch worked closely with National Park Medical Center personnel and Tenet’s Corporate IT team to create a customer service showcase. The solution includes FutureTouch's VisMed software suite on a network of 3 patient service kiosks, a plasma display, and two 18” LCD displays.
- Concierge - Customer service portal software that provides easy access to other VisMed applications, hospital information, current event announcements, and Internet browsing.
- DrFinder - Physician referral software that allows the patient to search for physicians and display key information.
- PathFinder - Hospital directory and wayfinding software that displays maps, directions, and directories.
- Surveyor - Survey software system that collects patient satisfaction data, work order requests, and any other user data input needs.
- Presenter - Digital display management software that allows the convenient control of messages and information displayed on plasma screens and other computer screens.
- VisMed Center - System administrator software that allows the easy update and management of VisMed software products.
