The Challenge

Stanford University Medical Center was seeking an easy way to gather patient satisfaction information. Rather than having personal sit down with each patient and question them, they decided to go with something a little more high tech.

The FutureTouch Solution

FutureTouch solved this problem with the Vismed Surveyor application. This solution provided a flashy and easy to use interface for the patient and a powerful SQL database on the backend to store all survey data. The Surveyor data is warehoused at FutureTouch’s state of the art collocation, which is easily accessable via the internet for Stanford Medical Center to receive the custom reports and survey feedback that they require. FutureTouch's Presenter was also deployed to run a custom slide show presentation when the system is idle to attract patients to take the survey.
